These terms and conditions (Terms) constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Green Innovation Group A/S (GIG) governing your access to and use of the website and its Content located at www.greeninnovationgroup.com (Site).

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing, browsing, reviewing and/or using the Site, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms without limitation or qualification and that you shall comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, do not use the Site.

Minors below 13 years old are not allowed to use this Site.

The following terminology applies to these Terms, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person who access and use this Site. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our company GIG. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and Ourselves. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Other than the content you own, under these Terms, GIG and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Site.  You are granted limited license only for purposes of viewing and sharing the material contained on this Site.

Unless otherwise stated, GIG and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the Site. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from  www.greeninnovationgroup.com  for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these Terms.

  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from the Site;
  • Redistribute content from the Site;
  • Use this Site in any way that is or may be damaging to this Site, or that impacts user access to this Site;
  • Use this Site contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in any way may cause harm to the Site, or to any person or business entity;
  • Engage in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to this Site.

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

GIG makes no representations whatsoever about any other website which you may access through this one. When you access a non-GIG website, please understand that it is independent from GIG, and that GIG has no control over the content on that website, even if GIG provides information or services to the owner of that website. In addition, a link to a non-GIG website does not mean that GIG endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content or the use of such website. In fact, GIG disclaims any and all liability and responsibility for such content. It is up to you to take precautions to ensure that whatever you select for your use is free of such items as viruses, worms, trojan horses and other items of a destructive nature.

The following organisations may link to our Site without prior written approval:

If you are one of the organisations listed in paragraph two above and are interested in linking to our Site, you must inform us by sending an e-mail to GIG. Please include your name, your organisation name, contact information as well as the URL of your website, a list of any URLs from which you intend to link to our Site, and a list of the URLs on our Site to which you would like to link. Wait two to three weeks for a response.

Approved organisations may hyperlink to our Site as follows:

  • By use of our corporate name; or
  • By use of the uniform resource locator being linked to; or
  • By use of any other description of our Site being linked to that makes sense within the context and format of content on the linking party's website.

No use of GIG’s logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Site. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Site upon request. By continuously linking to our Site, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking Terms.

Removal of Links from our Site

If you find any link on our Site that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to do so or to respond to you directly.

We do not ensure that the information on this Site is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we promise to ensure that the Site remains available or that the material on the Site is kept up to date.

This Site is provided “as is,” with all faults, and GIG express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Site or the materials contained herein. Also, nothing contained on this Site shall be interpreted as advising you.  In no event shall GIG, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Site whether such liability is under contract. GIG, including its officers, directors and employees, shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Site.  

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our Site and the use of this. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

  • limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
  • limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
  • exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

GIG is permitted to revise these Terms at any time we see fit, and by using this Site you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

Assignment 

GIG is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between GIG and you in relation to your use of this Site, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Denmark, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Denmark for the resolution of any disputes.
